Airport transfer cancelled by Holiday extras

My flight to New York was delayed due to weather. I received a text message from the driver canceling pick up. Contacted Holiday extras when I arrived in JFK and waited for an hour but 4 days on and having to pay an additional transfer fee, I still havent heard from Holiday Extras

When I eventually got a number with someone to talk too all was resolved and the the cat was unable to help and the first 2 numbers went to messages asking me to amend on line. This could not be done on line so finding abumbwr took some time.

Still not happy with the refund policy. My booking was made less than 14 days.

This is the normal cooling off period with all transactions. Therefore I should have received a full refund and not minus £10 that coverts to a voucher. Holiday extras are creeping the interest on this type of transaction.

I also have another voucher that, is not refundable and usless for me to use at my nominated airports. Again, holiday extras will be making money from the interest.
Totally rip off.
And, nice try at hiding the customer care phone number.
